Hey,
I’m Wayne Bellows, a Technical Account Manager at Nerdio with over 20 years of experience across IT, infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
For the past several years, my focus has been firmly on modern cloud workspaces — Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Intune, and the wider EUC and Desktop-as-a-Service space. I work closely with enterprise customers every day, helping them design, secure, and operate environments that are not just technically sound but operationally sustainable and cost-effective.

Drives
I’m motivated by solving real problems — not theoretical ones.
Much of my work sits at the intersection of architecture, security, operations, and user experience. I enjoy helping teams move beyond “it works” to environments that are resilient, secure, and genuinely add value to the business. I’m particularly interested in:
- Driving better outcomes through standardisation, automation, and good operational habits
- Turning complex cloud platforms into something practical and understandable
- Helping organisations avoid common EUC and DaaS pitfalls
Why I started
I started this blog to share what I see in the field.
Not marketing material. Not vendor hype. Just practical insights, patterns, and lessons learned from working with real production environments. Some posts will be technical, some strategic, and others reflective — but all are grounded in hands-on experience.
My goal is simple:
to help architects, engineers, and decision-makers run cloud workspaces better.
If you’re responsible for AVD, Windows 365, Intune, or modern EUC platforms — and you care about doing things properly — this blog is for you.
